House we made an offer on!

So, we made an offer on a house this morning! The seller has until tomorrow at 5 pm western time to respond. I am super excited. It is only 1.5 miles away from Jason's work. It is 1244 square feet. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Here are some pictures of it.
