Here are some pictures that I took of Emery on Wednesday. Since then his umbilical cord has fallen off!!!

We went to Emerson's first doctor's appointment yesterday. The doctor thought that he was very healthy and loved how content he is.
Here are his latest stats at 2 weeks:
weight: 7 lbs 9 oz
length: 20.5 in
He is back to his birth weight, but I guess that he should be more than that now. So, the doctor's are having me feed every 2-3 hours. I feel like that is all that I am doing now. I guess no more long amounts (4 hours at a time) of sleep at once...at least not for the next couple of weeks or so.

I like the photos, especially the one where you are holding his feet. The lack of sleep doesn't sound fun. Emerson is so cute!!! I can't wait to see him next month.
PS... Post more often. We want to see Emerson everyday!
Those are ADORABLE pics!! You have a little sweetheart jess!

Those are so great Jessica. I love the black background. I wish I could be there to take some pictures of little Emerson.
