We had such a great Thanksgiving. Jason got a 4 day weekend from work. So, we spent it alone, so most the time we were in our PJ's relaxing. Thanksgiving day was spent cooking and consuming YUMMY food. We always forget how much we love Thanksgiving dinner until we have it again...especially Sweet Potato Soufflé . Emerson loved eating all the food too. It was fun spending Thanksgiving as just our little family. It would have been great to be able to have family and friends around, but since we couldn't we made the best out of what we had and loved every minute of it!
