Such a sweetie...

Emerson is just such a sweet little guy. I love taking pictures of him because he is just so cute.

Lately, he has been finding things that Mommy doesn't really want him to find. While we were taking pictures on Wednesday, he found a helocopter leaf on the ground. So, he picked it up and was looking at it.

Then he started getting curious and it went straight to the mouth. I don't think that he liked it because if the face he would give, but he put it in his mouth over and over again.

I went down the hill that we were taking pictures on to see something...I can't remember what...but then I saw that Emerson was trying to follow me. So I decided to take pictures of how well this hill thing would work out with his crawling. SO here is the progression...
a little closer...
a bit closer...starting down hill...
Then the roll...
It was so cute. I wish that I could have getten more, but I decided that I needed to go help him. If you look closely, you can see grass falling from him pulling it and having it in his hand before he rolled.

Crawling down hills is hard work! Ty regularly tries to crawl down our front lawn and ends up sliding on his face.
I love the pictures. SO CUTE!

I was waiting for a picture of him rolling/tumbling down the hill. He did it much more gracefully than I would have imagined possible! He's a cutie!

Dito to what everyone else said, including the one about you taking good pictures. I have to say, though, that I was not waiting for a picture of him falling down the hill...just a picture to entertain me in my boring life. (:
