Spaghetti Dinner

Emerson got to feed himself spaghetti for the first time last night. It was so cute but so messy. He just shoved in as much as he could in each bite. I loved watching him. He is becoming such a big boy.

Project 365

A couple of my sisters and I have taken on the challenge of Project 365 this year. This challenge is to take a photo-a-day for a full year. I think that is going to be such a good way documenting my life for a little while. What better time to do something like this than when I have a little boy that will love the pictures when he is older. I am so excited for this challenge this year. Now I just have to stay motivated!

I have set up a separate blog for this project. It is http://www.jessicabills365.blogspot.com/ (you can get to it by clicking the picture on my side bar). Come on over and enjoy the pictures I take daily. I don't think that I will put them up daily, but I will take them and eventually put them up.

Family Pictures

Natalie took our family pictures for us while we were in New York. I loved how they all turned out. We ended up doing two days of pictures, but it was worth the little bit of stress to get ready so we were able to get really fun pictures of us all.
This is from the first day.
These are from the second day:
Now for the whole family...

Thanks Nat for taking such great pictures of us all!

Loads of Pictures

Through out the holidays, between my sister and I, we took over 9,000 pictures. We got some GREAT ones and some not so great. I just wanted to share some of the great ones of Emerson that we got.

I know that this is a lot of pictures, but this is REALLY narrowed down.

Ginger Bread Houses

For Christmas, another tradition we have is to make Ginger Bread Houses. Usually my mom makes the Ginger Bread, but since we did them after Christmas this year, we were able to buy all the kits for dirt cheap. SO, we decided to take the pain off my mom and used store bought ones this year. I think that they turned out really cute.

This one is Jason's house.
Emerson and I made a train instead of a house. I think that it turned out pretty cute.
Here are some more of the houses that the others made. I think my family is so creative with Ginger bread houses. This is definately a tradition that will continue through my family.
